Introduction to Meditation Course

If you would like to learn to meditate and get some peace and quiet in your life and your mind, try our basic mediation course

This six week course is run by an experienced meditation teacher, and takes you through the basics of meditation practice, giving the opportunity to learn a number of basic to intermediate level meditation techniques.

The aim of the course is to give you the skills to meditate independently by the end of the course in a style that suits your situation and preferences. Each session will cover a different style of meditation, and will include an introductory meditation, discussion and then the technique of the week.

Meditation is a real help to many people, not just in remaining calm, but also in being successful
