Stephanie Rook
Stephanie graduated from Coventry University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science with Honours degree in Physiotherapy. Soon after qualifying she began to specialise in the field of Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic practice, developing her extensive experience in both the NHS and Private sector, initially in North Wales and more recently in the West Midlands.
A scholar of Orthopaedic Medicine, her Post Graduate studies have enabled her to become a Member of the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine, and having recently passed her exams she will shortly complete her Diploma in Orthopaedic Medicine. In addition Stephanie has studied the approaches of World Renowned Physiotherapists Robin McKenzie and Brian Mulligan. Adopting their approach to manual therapy and the treatment of back and neck conditions has yielded very impressive results.
Stephanie believes that providing education and understanding in addition to hands on techniques and exercise prescription is an important part of physiotherapy, and attributes her success to empowering patients by giving them the understanding and providing them with the tools required to help themselves and prevent future injuries.
